Mechanical, plumbing and electrical engineering design for 29,000 sf branch library with on-site café, meeting room space, and collection capacity of 75,000 items.  Building will be self-sufficient, producing all required electricity on-site, and achieved LEED Platinum.  Project is design-build. The library is located in the White Tank Mountain Regional Park and adjacent to three trailheads.

1st LEED certified Platinum Public Library in Arizona and the 3rd LEED Platinum public library in the United States.
