The February 2016 AATC University's Gold Heart Award Banquet and Conference, hosted by i/o Data Center in Phoenix, AZ, honored and recognized organizations and individuals for their contributions to the mission critical industry. Nate Zachreson, PE, on behalf of ESD, graciously accepted our own Gold Heart Award, sponsored by Advancing Achievers Technology Cybersecurity University (AATCU) and the Allied Testing and Commissioning Council (ATCC). The award is in recognition of exemplary compassion and service to mission critical industry professionals and for our innovations in energy efficient designs for mission critical projects.
ESD's innovative contributions to the mission critical industry have included custom design solutions, commissioning of installed systems, and advocating for our clients' needs. For example, ESD developed a custom adiabatic cooling system design for a private data center client. This system has proven significant energy and water savings results, which translates to lower operational costs for our project owner. Following design, ESD specializes in commissioning of complex systems for mission critical environments. Ensuring that the MPE systems are installed and operating optimally as designed, as well as training facility managers on the specifics of their Energy Management System control sequences, ESD brings value to our owners/clients by maximizing efficiency, trouble-shooting potential system malfunctions, and acting as a resource and advocate for their project needs. Our mission critical team is led by Mo Ardebili, the first ASHRAE Certified Commissioning Process Management Professional (CPMP) in Arizona. He works with the team to execute successful MPE systems which offer the utmost reliability, redundancy and maintainability within their designs.
